Police have arrested a Missouri man they believe intentionally crashed a U-Haul truck into a security barrier at a park across from the White House. No one was injured in the crash.The box truck's driver smashed into the barrier near the north side of Lafayette Square on Monday at around 10 p.m., Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement. He was identified as 19-year-old Sai Varshith Kandula, of Chesterfield, a St. Louis suburb.FOX 2 reporter Mitch McCoy reached out to his old high school for clarification. The Rockwood School District that Kandula graduated from Marquette High School in January 2022.A LinkedIn account with his name and location says that he is interested in data analytics, but has no work history. CLAYTON, Mo. - A Florissant man appeared in St. Louis County Circuit Court on Monday and admitted to multiple sex crimes involving children.The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office said Timothy Elliott, 61, pleaded guilty to six counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and second-degree child molestation.Elliott told the court that between Aug. 1, 2015, and May 31, 2018, he committed deviant sex acts with a girl under the age of 12. He also admitted doing the same with another girl under 12, between June 1, 2014, and Aug. 31, 2014. 59-Year-Old Man Dead after a Fatal Hit-and-Run Collision near Acoma DrivePHOENIX, AZ (May 23, 2023) – Early Tuesday morning, police responded to a collision that claimed the life of Ronnie Crnkovic.The incident happened on May 9th, at around 5:30 a.m., near the intersection of 35th Avenue and Acoma Drive.According to the Phoenix police, the collision involved a vehicle driven by Crnkovic and a pickup truck.Investigation showed that Crnkovic was stopped at the intersection when the pickup truck traveling on 35th Avenue struck him from behind. The pickup truck then fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim.After officers arrived at the scene, they found Crnkovic with serious injuries and transported him to a local hospital for treatment.
